Enter the app password then check the "remember my credentials" box if you don't want to be prompted for your password when you launch Outlook. Outlook will prompt you for your app password again.Enter your name, email address and the app password you created in Step 1.Select Yes to have Outlook set up an email account then click Next to continue.All new accounts will be created with 2FA enabled by default. You may sign up to have you account enabled before Labor Day when the remaining accounts will be enabled. Beginning February 2017, all of these accounts will begin having two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. Employee email accounts and special email accounts that use the address are hosted on Microsoft's Office 365 cloud-based service.
